Good snacks.
Cold drinks.
No hassle for your business.
Capital Region Vending places snack and drink machines in workplaces across New York’s Capital Region — and personally stocks, cleans, and services every one of them. Your people get the good stuff, right down the hall. You don’t lift a finger.

Who we are
Not a national franchise. Not a call center three states away. A neighbor.
The owner of Capital Region Vending has lived and worked in the Capital Region for nearly 50 years — raised here, worked here, raised a family here. Albany, Troy, Schenectady, and the towns in between aren’t a “territory” on a map. They’re home.
That’s the whole idea behind this company: vending done by someone local who answers to the people he sees around town. When you call Capital Region Vending, you get the owner — the same person who placed your machine, stocks it, and shows up when it needs attention.
We’re a new company earning our first locations one at a time, and we plan to earn them the old way: show up when we say we will, keep the machine full, and treat your break room like it’s our own workplace.
What we do
Full-service vending for workplaces that want a break room perk without a break room project.
Snack & drink machines
Refrigerated combo machines that carry snacks and cold drinks in one footprint — chips, candy, and crackers up top, sodas, water, and energy drinks kept cold below. One machine covers the whole break room.
The mix leans on proven favorites, with better-for-you options in the lineup too — and if your crew keeps asking for something, we’ll stock it.
Stocking & service, handled
We restock on a regular route, rotate dates, wipe the machine down, and keep the best sellers from running empty. Modern readers take cash, cards, and tap-to-pay, so nobody’s digging for exact change.
Something jam or run out between visits? One call to the owner and it gets handled — not a ticket in a queue.
Built around your workplace
Third-shift warehouse crews don’t snack like a nine-to-five office, and we don’t stock them the same way. We look at your headcount, your shifts, and what your people actually buy — then set the machine up for them.
Requests from the floor aren’t just welcome, they’re how the best machines get built.
What’s inside
A rotating lineup along these lines — tuned to what sells at your location.
How it works
From first conversation to a stocked machine in about four steps — and most of the work is ours.
Say hello
A short conversation about your location — how many people are on site, what shifts you run, and where a machine would live.
Quick site visit
We stop by, pick the right spot together, and confirm the machine size and product mix that fit your crew.
We install & stock
We deliver the machine, set it up, and fill it. All your team provides is the floor space and an outlet.
We keep it full
Regular restocking and service from then on. You just watch the break room get a little more popular.
Terms are worked out location by location. Every workplace is different — size, traffic, and what you’d like to see in the machine — so we sit down and settle on an arrangement that makes sense for yours before anything is placed. No pressure and no obligation for asking.

Just outside that list? Ask anyway. We’d rather drive a little further for a good location than draw a hard line on a map — that’s the advantage of working with the owner instead of a route franchise.
